Please help identify this bantam!

This was brought today 04/07/2022 in the bantam bin at TSC. It has 5 toes, yellow legs and feathered feet…any ideas?? Thanks!!!

My first though would be a silkie due to the fifth toe and feathered feet. Doesn't look fluffy enough though. Possibly a cochin but cochins don't have five toes (normally).

Looks just like one I got! He passed though but maybe on the hatchery site? Good luck and wha a cutie

looks to be like a silkie due to the 5 toes and feathered feet. He/she looks just like my ladies I hatched last spring

I have one just like this one (except it has 4 toes) Im trying to figure out also. The good news is that unless it is a crossbreed then there are only 5 breeds that have 5 toes. Silkie, Sultan, Houdan, Faverolle, & Dorking. Hope this helps.

Don't silkies have black/grey legs always? That's what I've heard. Maybe it's a cross?

Older post, but that would be a black bantam Cochin.

For any future readers, I have seen quite a few bantam Cochins come out of TSC with 5 toes.
