Please help identify this breed and gander!

Hello everyone! We rescued these little guys and I have no idea what breed they are or if they are male or female. Can you tell? Thanks for the help!

Two Welsh Harlequin drakes and one Buff hen. Very lovely! Thank you for rescuing them!

You need more females!! These boys will mate the poor females and can cause her serious harm. It's best to have at least 3 females per drake more is even better.

Do you think if I got one more female it would be okay? Or would it be okay to just have one male and one female. So far female seems to run the flock they are about 10 weeks now so I’m not sure when “mating” starts

Thank you so much!! I thought that’s what the two were but had no idea what the hen was! I was hoping they would all be hens
