What do you all think? Young fox? Domestic cat? Opossum? Lion?? (jk!) I know we have a fox or two because our girls were getting picked off this spring while free ranging. We see an obvious fox on camera in the same location a couple of times a week, thus the logic behind thinking perhaps it could be a young one.

What do you suppose is the problem with its tail?

Nothing. It looks normal. Out of focus, but normal.

Ok. I see it now. I was looking at it wrong. I thought the right rear leg was the tail. It's definitely a fox.

    I think it’s a juvenile mountain lion.

Am I seeing this right? Isn’t that a skinny tail, not a fluffy one?
