I had a chick just like that and if this chicks legs are dark, then it's an EE.
That's my guess and I'm stickin to it

It's legs are light tan. We got fertile eggs from a farm where she had a pen with at least twelve different types of chickens all mixed in together. My silkies hatched this one, three more to go. Fingers crossed, we lost three eggs that were bad, the silkies pecked holes in them and they smelled terrible. Hoping the last three hatch.
