If in fact it is Avian Pox, I don't have a definitive answer for eating her eggs. You'll need to research. I'd assume, once the pustules break, all bedding would be contaminated and contagious to other chickens, but have not found zoonotic info. I would proceed with the assumption that it might be if it were me.
I wouldn't eat the eggs now either, I prefer to err on the side of caution. You can also post with photos at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread.
