How long have you noticed the eye looking like this? Has the chicken ever had an injury or peck wound to the eye? I have never seen this kind of eye problem. It doesn’t look like ocular Mareks, but it could be a type of coloboma, a birth defect in birds and animals. Here are some pictures of wild birds with colobomas:

Is the darker section of her eye her pupil or is it just her iris with darker coloration? If you look at it in bright light you will see that it is dark brown if it is just the coloration of her iris. I had a hen that had a form of heterochromia which resulted in a similar appearance, but she had that her whole life and it was because her color was paint. Do you know her breed?
Like @Eggcessive mentioned, how long have you noticed this. If this is a recent change then I would be worried about it, but if it's been there her whole life then it may be caused by something other than a health issue.

It looks to me like the darker part is the pupil.
Yeah, I tried turning my screen brightness all the way up to see if it was a different color, but I couldn't tell. I just looked back at old photos of my girl and I could see that it was part of the iris, so this is making me lean towards your suggestion. If it is the pupil, then I definitely agree that it is likely a coloboma or something similar.
