PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!!! why is my baby chick's crop big and pink?

If it's like this in the morning before she eats, it may be sour crop. It should be empty first thing in the morning. Do a search; lots of info on this here.

its morning here and her crop seems to be ok now thanks she is eating as well
