Please help... is this a pea hen or a peacock?

Body shape and tail indicates hen. There are other ways to judge at this age but the picture quality is not good on my screen.

Relatively high on legs ... and the head is long! ... male !

I'm still not 100% sure, but leaning towards hen. One of my other hens bullies her a bit. Is that any kind of indicator?
