By the time I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten from you wonderful people, thanks for being there and making it a less painful experience, I constantly pray that god forgives me for doing such an awful thing or following a stupid online method, I should’ve been much smarter and I displayed I cannot bring back spotty but I promise myself that I’ll look after the brothers and sisters and never let anything or anyone harm again, I wish you wonderful people a happy new year hope this year it brings joy to you and your families and your little adorable friends,

the eggs will continue to get bigger, I got several small eggs from my sexlinks at first. but as they grew up, the eggs got bigger and bigger, now they can be the size of extra large eggs, varying from cream colored to browns. I've even gotten a few fairie eggs. those are really cute. As for God forgiving you? God loves you and we were sent here to learn, you didn't act out of malicious intent. You didn't know and some fool posted incorrect information. I can only speak for myself, but I know that you've learned and that you will love and cherish the others. Your courage in coming forward will help other's learn from your experience.

My other chicks are well and healthy, growing up rather quickly, I’m very gentle when I feed them or put water I never grab em, I just put fresh water and feed and keep their cage clean
my 6-7 month Easter Egger finally laid its first egg, it’s beautiful watching them

She’s an Easter Egger, the first egg she laid was a colourful blue, but she hasn’t laid anymore, although I keep her separate from the chicks and feed her high protein diet and layer feed, could be the winter in Canada though it’s dull and barely any sun light

I wanna thank all the beautiful people in this forum who have supported me since day #1, I’m learning a lot from you guys
most people could be rude but I’m glad you guys are understanding and mature adults who know accidents in life happen even though we don’t want it too,
it’s been couple of days and I still miss spotty, feels like whenever I feed my other ones the taught that it’s no longer there lingers in my mind, when I looked into collection of pictures I had off the chicks and a week later it had its eyes closed in every single picture and positioned itself in a little corner so maybe it wasn’t me who did the damage but rather that it was sick all along, is that normal for chicks to be sick so early in their life?

Sometimes chicks do fail to thrive for some reason or another. If Spotty less active than the others, there could have been something else going on besides.

It laid its first egg almost 3-4 days ago and hasn’t laid one since, it’s very active, I feed them all the good treats and I gave them boiled eggs earth worms, chick starters for the baby and grown feed layer feed for the hen, although I haven’t let it out in the cold weather, I’ve kept in my laundry room with lights, water and still nothing can someone help, thanks

The Easter Egger looks beautiful almost like a hawk with Holographic feathers
It laid its first egg and nothing so far it’s been 3-4 days, I’ve kept it on high protein diet, but I live in Canada and it’s cold down here, could be that it’s not getting enough sunlight, besides that I’m not really sure
