Hi everyone... I have 7 Pioneer (Dixie Rainbow) chickens that are 12 weeks old. According to the hatchery it's time to cull the roosters. I bought these from TSC as a straight run. I'm scared I'm going to mess up and pick some of the pullets by accident. We just want to cull the roosters. What am I looking for? Some of them have bigger and redder combs and waddles so I'm assuming those would be roosters? It would be hard for me to take pics of all of them and post the pictures because they all look so much alike. Maybe I could post a picture of the one I'm pretty sure is a rooster and you guys could tell me if I'm right or not? Otherwise, generally speaking on 12 week old Pioneers are there other things I should look for? None of them have spurs yet. Thanks!
