Please help lump on 3 mo old Turkey poult eye

Hello all,

My 3 month old Turkey poult has a lump over its eye. No its not the snod. At first we figured it was a bug bite or from fighting, but it has not gone away. Maybe a sinus infection, im not sure. He is acting normal and i have not noticed a change in droppings. I have included pictures, we dont believe in antibiotics for our food, please advise what this is/ what can i do?

I had a baby turkey last year that developed foul pox. Turkey's, especially young ones do not recover from it as easily as chickens. I kept mine in the house for 2 months, with antibiotics and this was the end result, and it's eventual demise. It started with a tiny little lump on it's beak.

Hmm.. maybe, its been 2 weeks atleast thus far, no one else has any signs & there is no weight loss. I'll research fowl pox a bit more

Is the lump hard or soft?

It has a soft outer layer but when you press on it it is hard, like a pimple. Infected feather follicle?

Could be a little ball of pus. I think it I were going to process her I would leave it alone.
