Please help me decide if she's a he

I got several "pullets" recently, almost laying age was what I was told. I've had them 2 weeks and they are supposed to be Barred Rocks. One for sure is not, she has tufts of feathers at her cheeks, but I think our Rainbow may be a boy. Thank you so much for your help.
