I have this one chick who will be 8 weeks old this weekend and I am really tearing my hair out trying to decide if its a girl or a boy. It is a bantam, half sebright and half Pekin Bantam.
Its comb started pinking up around 4-5 weeks and wattle lines appeared so I really started thinking roo. But 3 weeks later the comb is still small and only pink, not red, and the wattles haven't really grown. From the side it absolutely looks like a pullet but the wattles and comb from the front make me really suspicious.
I'm wanting to rehome the little one with a couple of his or her hatchmates so I really need to know if it is male or female!
Anyone have any ideas?
