DH bought me a Brinsea for Christmas. I don't know which model, just that he bought me one. I recently had a friend hatching some eggs for me, but something wasn't working right and the hatch rate was really low. So I've decided to try for myself, but I'm having trouble making up my mind. Here's what I'm considering (provided that the sellers I spoke to before, still have some eggs available for sale) and why:

Black Copper Marans - I think the really dark eggs would be neat.
Bantam Buff Brahmas - I want snuggly chickens and buffs are pretty.
Bantam Cochin - I want snuggly chickens and I like the barred variety.
Frizzles - They look too cute.

The incubator will probably hold 7 - 20 eggs. I might be able to get a mixture of eggs of the last three listed. Please help me decide what I should get!

Yes, why not get a mix? I have all but the Brahmas and love them all. The frizzles really are fun to look at! My cochins are adorable and the Marans are beautiful especially the Roos. I am still waiting for eggs...
