Hi, I'm new here and I live down in Texas, I don't have chickens YET.
I have a friend on another board and there are a lot of us on this board, we've been talking about chickens and she lives on a farm and already has some. Anyway she saw this picture of these chickens and is trying to find out what breed they are. She would like to have some. Can any of you please please help us find out what breed this is. We have looked and looked and can't find them. I told her from the markings etc... I though this chicken might be hybrid pea fowl. Here is the link with a picture. We would be very grateful if somone could tell us what breed this is. They are so pretty and unusual looking. The breed we are inquiring about are the black/white patterned one at the top. If I find out first, I know she might be worth a make do pincushion!
