You can try sprinkling sugar, I've heard. One of my friends just cut her drake's off with some scissors and he was fine. Sounds gross but it worked

How would one go about cutting it off if needed. We just tried the warm bath and ky to no avail. He seems happy. Other than the weight he lost while he was sick. And it dosent seem to bother him that his winky is out.
