It looks like a bit of raised scales on the affected foot. Scaly leg mites shouldn't be ruled out, although it's extremely rare in such a young chick. The treatment is to dip his feet in castor oil, massaging it well into the legs and feet. It can't hurt, even if he has no mites.

Yes, that one toe has a demarcation line where the toe is a different color. It appears to be on the verge of dying. Get a magnifying glass and examine it carefully for a hair that may have wrapped around that toe.

I just checked it really close, there are feather pieces healed over in the scabbing part but no line

When did you first notice the injuries appearing on your chicken’s legs? It seems very strange how the toes are missing scales and the black dots look like small scabs from older injuries. One of those dots, the one above the others on the leg, looks like it has happened recently. Have you noticed it being picked on by the other chickens? Another possibility is that the leg may have been caught or stuck somewhere and was injured. Also, have you noticed any sharp pieces of wire etc around the pen that may have scratched the leg. It might even be infected and have some bumblefoot?
One thing I noticed, which could be causing the tip of the middle toe to loose circulation and turn that pink colour, is what almost looked like a tiny piece of string! It is very hard to see, and looks like it is wrapped around the tip of the middle toe, it is hard to tell if it actually is a piece of string or not as it is so small, but it is a possibility!

I circled what I think looks like an ‘X’ shape of very thin string wrapped around the toe.

Im glad Im not the only one seeing that and I wonder if thats been there for a while if its causing infection above the toe? I know it should be below but is it possible ?

Ok just soaked his feet- three bowls and gentl rubbed while in water....this is now what he looks like

So you can see it too! Could explain the reason why the tip of the toe looks pink, and might be why the scales have come off above the area. Not sure about the other injuries being linked to this, but it may be possible...
