Please help me identify my baby chick it's about 4 to 5 weeks old

I bought this chick out of a Rural king...and it was with the dark brahmas....didn't notice the hairless legs til I got home...can someone help me identify kind and sex if possible!?!

If not for its size...I promise as a day old chick it looked just like a quail!!

It is as big as my dark brahmas who are the same age...so I don't think so...could it be a dark leghorn!?!that's the closest pic I have seen on hatchery websites!?!

It really did look a lot like an EE chick!! Are they usually smaller than say a brahma chick at the same age!?

I had a Barnevelder chick once that looked similar. Can’t find the pics of her though.
