I ordered some fertile eggs for 3 broody hens from Amazon back in May because it was the only place with them in stock immediately. Surprisingly 5 of the 8 hatched. It was just a “barnyard mix”. One I can’t figure out because today I noticed her comb is coming in black. She’s about 9 weeks old. Any help is appreciated.

Very unusual comb on that one. Almost looks like a Silcilian Buttercup comb. She could be an Ayam Cemani cross or have Silkie somewhere back in her ancestry. Or she may lose the dark pigment latter on. That can happen.
I can try, she’s a rascal and really difficult to get.
