Ducklings losing feather at that age is normal, although it does look like a lot of feathers missing along her neck. Have you noticed her scratching it? Have the other ducklings been pulling the feathers out? Do they have any Mites/Lice on them?

I spend a lot of time with them and haven’t noticed them bothering it at all or the other ones. No mites or lice either that I can see.. it’s more visible after they swim. Can the red be caused by it being to warm in the brooder ?

Ducklings have red skin, It can become more redder if it becomes inflamed or irritated.

Could it be the water when I let them swim? I put them in my bathtub with warm water because I didn’t want it to be to cold for them
