I have three 8 week old light brahmas and a silver laced Wyandotte and 2 light brahmas who are 7 weeks old. I’m afraid almost all of them are roosters. What do you think? Sorry for so many pictures. I probably should have split into 2 posts.

The light brahmas are slow maturing. I did feather sex them at a young age and it is holding true. For me do the light brahmas look like pullets. My 2 light brahma roosters have no feathers on the back at 9 weeks age and they just start coming in. The tail is also nearly non existing and just started to get real feathers at 9 weeks for the males.
The girl I have was already fully feathered by 7 weeks and showed a short tail. Also the roosters have more black in their wing feathers compared to the girls.

I am not able to sex the SLW. I have a 9 week old and still guessing. I assume my SLW is a rooster based on the feather pattern and how much comb and waddle already is visible.

Here are the pictures of my brama roosters at 9 weeks age. One just gets the back feathers in. Their tail is shorter and you can tell they have more black markings on neck, wings and tails. They even got some black feathers on their toes which my pullet does not have.
Hope it helps
