With the symptoms that you describe, it sounds like she has aspirated some of the crop contents into her lungs.

When I picked her up, she made a funny noise like she is having trouble breathing- then puked, and puked, and puked. Even after all of that, her crop is still squshy and heavy.

Update- I set her down in the driveway while I was gagging, and she took a few steps to me. She stood between my two legs and looked up at me, and she seemed MISERSBLE. She was staring right at me, like she was trying to say "help me". I almost started crying. I don't have any antibiotics that I can give her at home right now- what can I do in the meantime?

Wish I could offer more, but I have no hands-on experience with it.

In the situation, I would keep getting the stuff out, letting her rest in between, and try getting some antibiotics going.

I know there are others with more experience, but they aren't online.
