Please help me to identify Breed type and Sex

Would appreciate if you guys can help me to confirm if these are males or females.
I understand some of them may well be males but would be nice to have it confirmed by you guys.
The first 5 photos are all exactly 2 months old.
The last 2 are roughly 5 months i think, not 100% sure as someone gave them to me.

You can tell by saddle feathers when they are about 2 months old. Males have long, tapered pointy saddle feathers whereas females have them rounded.

Do you have updated pictures of the first two? It may help to identify their breed.
