I give her feed by sring. and she eat green by her own but only small amount off. Tell me what to Do Any treatment or medicine .

You shouldn't add them right away, the other chickens in the flock will bully them. Not only that, if they have any underlying illnesses, the stress will let the illnesses come forward. They can spread things to your current flock. You should set up a "see, but no touch" area where there is a shared fence and they can get away if your flock pecks at them. After a few weeks they can range together, and see how things go. They will have to establish a new pecking order, but if they are familiar the flock won't hate the new girl, they will just fight and bicker a little until they work it out. Right now I imagine she is not being allowed to eat or drink as much as she would want because they see her as an enemy. Chickens don't lay eggs under stress. The new change to her home, routine and flock mates will automatically cause her not to lay. She probably got pecked in the eye, if you can post pictures it would help us all help you figure things out. For now you can separate her and make sure she has food, water and vitamins and a place where she is safe and can recover. Post pictures for us.

When you buy chickens it is always recommended to quarantine the new birds away from your current flock for at least 30 days.

Then after those 30 days if no signs of sickness are present, introduce them to your current flock via a “see but don’t touch” type of cage. Do that for a week or two.

The supervise them once you let them mingle for the first couple of days.

I would separate her and feed her individually. I had a hen who was at the bottom of the pecking order and she was pretty light because no one would let her eat.

Then I started hand feeding her and she’s gained some weight. Now she thinks she can fly on my shoulder and get some food 😂

What is your location? Could the hen have been pecked in the eye? I would open and look into the eye for any bubbles or drainage. Look also for any draianeg from her nostrils, any sneeze, or crackles, wheezing while breathing. An eye drop or ointment might soothe her eye. Can you place her in a cage or pen with food and water, but still keep her with the new flock? She may be getting sick, or she might be getting bullied by the others. It sometimes tske days or weeks to add new chickens to a flock, since there are pecking order issues that take place.
