Do you think it could be EColi? She had some green yellow watery poo. And it was very stinky. I'm not sure what to do if that's the case.

Did you try adding supplements (electrolytes, vitamins, etc) to her water and feeding it to her in a dropper? I have an immobilized chicken and dropping some water over her beak seems to get her to take some in..
