You could try wrapping it with some of that sports-wrap that sticks to itself, that may would give more support. My Roo has a healed broken foot from fighting with a neighbor's rooster through the fence. I also have a pullet that has a healing broken foot, I wrapped it the first few days. She would hop and limp and used her wings more those days, she's not even limping anymore. I have goats and I'm sure they stepped on her foot, she was constantly in the goat barn. I'd try the sports wrap, tear it in half and you can weave it between toes and wrap the foot better. That may help it roost too.

Can you get a picture of the bottom of her foot?

I would check for bumblefoot and treat if it is. If it is broken I would confine her to a small area and wrap the foot,leg.

I would clean the wounds with chlorhexidene or povidone iodine (betadine) and splint the leg with padding, something stiff for support, and wrap in vet wrap or self adhering bandage. Check the toes to make sure it is not too tight. Here is a good splinting link on page 22, and a video of splinting below:
