Please Help me

I was giving my chicken some medicine and it was a huge battle to open her beak. Eventually I got her head straight back and mouth wide open for a split second. I shot the liquid medicine right down her mouth forgetting about the chance of aspiration. Nothing happened and then I remembered and I’m now so worried. She seems fine and is still running around and eating. Is she gonna be okay?

Yeah, she’s fine. Plus a dose of meds even right up the nose wouldn’t likely asphyxiate her. They can shake and sneeze.

Okay, thank you so much. I just get VERY worried. I’m trying to remember how to give oral medicine, but sometimes I forget.
