Please help me

On December 23rd I had noticed that my hen was acting extremely weird outside of the coop and I had noticed when walking up that her eye was to me it looked missing but come to conclusion it was swollen and now her eyes swollen shut still and I have tried to wash the wound and apply ointment but it doesn't seem to be helping anything she seems very tired and weak she was eating and she drink something last night not a lot but enough I want to know what I can do to help my bird because she seems in pain and the swelling seems to just be there anybody have any ideas or a vet that I could call to get a prescription or something I feel for my baby she's 6 months old and I had brought her inside so she's inside in a crate any ideas please

The best thing to help us both would be to post a photo of this hen and her swollen eye. We need to see it to decide if we're treating an injury or a respiratory infection.
