Please Help Me

OK, so this is the third time i hav incubated chickens, everytime i have not had any chickens, and they should hatch today, yesterday at around 3pm there were slight rocs, then it stopped, and it has still stopped today, what am i doing wrong :'(

It is hard to tell what could be wrong without more info. I would suggest you to make sure the humidity is up during lockdown and do not open the incubator. You may also want to give this batch a bit more time. It is common for eggs to hatch at day 25, some have even had hatches at day 26 and 27.

When my first hatch did this, I about had heart failure, I thought they died. The chicks get really busy and then take pretty good rest breaks, hatching is hard work!

It can take a day or two for the chicks to hatch. The chick will work hard at pipping, then take a nap for a while, but that's normal so don't worry and don't open that incubator!

Chicks often rest during the hatching process. Hopefully this is why they stopped rocking.
