I agree, I wouldn't massage the throat/neck.

I'd focus on getting her through shock, giving electrolytes or sugar water. They can be shocky for a couple of days. Offer watery feed or Kaytee Exact Baby bird

I'd focus on getting her through shock, giving electrolytes or sugar water. They can be shocky for a couple of days. Offer watery feed or Kaytee Exact Baby bird formula (the formula can be syringe or tube fed).
