You could also probably use Ivermectin as an injection or orally. You can buy the injectable for horses or cattle or goats? In a feed store, it is 1% strength.
You will still need to treat the coop areas. I recommend buying a dog and cat yard flea spray for the coop/lawn/run/etc. Some things linger and will help keep hem under control easier (but you will still need to do multiple applications in order to eradicate the problem completely due to the life cycle of the bugs.)
