In the Brooder

I have a two and a half year old amerucana, and I just got back from vacation. She is moving really slowly, and has gotten really thin. The feathers around her head are all poofed up. When I picked her up to look at her behind for problems, she opened her beak and yellow smelly stuff came out, like she was puking. I don't know how long this has been going on. I have a flock of ten, and she is the only one with problems like this. She keeps closing her eyes and can't keep her balance, I think she's dying. I haven't seen her poop, or eat anything. Her but was all clogged up, which I've already cleaned, but she is showing no signs of improvement. Right now she's sitting in my bathtub wrapped in a towel. We use regular wood shavings as bedding. I don't know what the problem is, or a treatment, so please help. Speckles is one of my favorite chickens.
