PLEASE HELP!!!! my columbian black tail has white on her ear lobes :(

hi everyone,

ive had chickens about 4 weeks now and have noticed today that our columbian black tail has white on her earlobes (if that right!!) its on both sides.

we are worried, should we be? what is it? what should we do?

ive uploaded photos so you can see my poor little girl.

I have read that some are using spray available at drugstores to treat it...just a fungal infection from my reading.
