Please help my duck is really sick

It sounds to me likely that it's something he ate. Ducks are hardy and he may recover on his own. If he's swallowed a nail or other piece of hardware, it might require surgery, but it's more likely he got into moldy feed or similar. Make sure he has fresh food and water and give him time. I hope he'll come around for you! Of course, if you have the resources, a vet visit rarely goes amiss.

Do you not have any dry feed? I didn't mean that you necessarily have to start with a new bag of feed, although that certainly won't hurt--but if it were the bag of feed, I would expect more than one duck to show symptoms. I was more thinking to make sure that he's not still eating damp food.

If you don't want to give him what you have, any grains in your kitchen will be a good base--wheat, oats, barley, etc. Ducks love pasta (cooked) and of course fruits and veggies.

Good luck with him. I hope he makes a quick and complete recovery!

This makes me wonder if it isn't limberneck aka botulism.

Lou Horton writes on his website found here http://www.acornhollowbantams.com/waterfowl_basics.cfm?id=46
"Limberneck (Botulism)-
Caused by toxins in decaying animal or vegetable matter. Botulism can also be contracted when the birds feed on fly maggots which have fed on such material. Symptoms: body weakness, inability to walk and a progressive paralysis. Birds are frequently seen lying with their necks stretched out in front of them. Symptoms usually show up within a few hours after ingestion of the material. Usually fatal within 24 hours if not promptly treated. Pour one tablespoon of Epsom salts in a ½ cup of water and get as much down the bird's throat as possible (a plastic syringe with needle removed is a good tool). Botulism is most often a problem when dead birds are not disposed of quickly and properly."
