Hi everyone, I'm writing here because there is something wrong with my hen. She is a 6 and a half years old probability Black Star, who until like ten days ago laid eggs two times a week, but now she is a little lethargic and won't eat. She has symptoms like loss of appetite and thirst, she has not diarrhea but tiny little and shiny-like poops, resulting in her feathers boom being a little dirty, she goes late out of her roost and has slowed movements, other than having a paler face and comb. My father two days ago picks her up and the abdomen is not hard but rather soft, but when he tried to touch it with a little more force she felt a little pain so we put her down, she is not egg bound because we also feel if she has that too but nothing. Our guests for now is Coccidiosis but we are not sure, probably is either a parasite or a organ failure (we hope this is not that case), we tried to give her water with a little amount of vinegar because this could help with intestinal parasites, but for now it doesn't work (we gave her this for the past two days); for Coccidiosis, we want to be sure because an antibiotic could do worse if this is not the right answer but if this is the result we want to act quickly, because she is not in a super bad shape (still wants a little to go outside, she clucks happily when she sees us like a rooster inviting the hens to feed, and she's making tiny little noises) but I know she could go down very fast. I will post a photo of her under here so you could check on her guys and discuss it. Other important side notes: we suspect coccidiosis because, even if she lives alone, my father the second of May changed her soil to the one of our garden where wild birds tend to dig and also make excrement, and perhaps they are carriers of this protozoan (I also read that oocysts can live up to eight years in soil), also my grandma ofter gives her some vegetables leftovers that she doesn't eat, so the eating zone is a little mess and gross i know, but she doesn't listen to me; we also exclude mites because she was not restlessness and we didn't see nothing strange with her bedding like red dots, for now she is eating a little bit of chicken grains, some vegetables and a little cat food not touched by the cats. Hope you guys can help me, thank you in advance
Edit:I've seen her today and she is more active and her comb is more red, bit she still doesn't eat and is a little slow

Here she is today
