Please Help, My Hens eye swollen shut

That looks like is Vetericyn wound care, read the label and see if has any warnings not to use in the eyes.

No it doesn’t specifically say do not use in eyes but I’ll get the right stuff tomorrow instead.

Update!

I got the right stuff from tractor supply and applied it twice yesterday.
She was doing real bad, Head swollen up around the eye and eye swelled shut. Comb pale and laying to the side.

I went to work last night expecting to come home to a dead hen but to my surprise she was live and the swelling came down a little.

I applied a little more and got some rest. Just went out there and the swelling is almost non existent and she can open her eye by and does occasionally.
The eye looks good and clear.
She is eating and drinking very well, but the comb is still very limp and pale.

I will continue with this eye medicine until I see no further improvement.

Just very thankful for the help I received here, You guys and gals are the best
