Please Help My Little Chicken!

I have a baby chicken that is about a week old. It was the runt and has severe leg abnormalities. I really want to give it a chance but I am unsure of how to go about saving it. The little guy has curled toes and what seems like a slipped tendon that has rubbed the hock raw and is now open. Health wise the little guy seems fine, he just can't walk. What do I do to help fix his hock?
