please help! my puppies are dying!!!!

I have a blue nose pitbu that had puppies about three weeks ago, she had 9 and one was born dead, I didn't really think anything of it but a couple days later another one dies then another one.the rest were ok until last night we lost 3 pups!! I have no idea what's wrong or any way of getting them treatment. They are very lethargic and don't really move around which is strange for them being almost a month old. The moms teats are very swollen and lumpy but still producing clean white milk. I don't know alot about dogs any information or suggestion would be greatly appreciated as I don't think they have much time left please help!!

You need to either find a vet or a local humane society to help you, they need veterinary care, no one here can help you. Please find a vet.

If you can't afford a vet you could consider giving them to a no-kill shelter since it looks like you may lose them all anyway. Is mom up to date on her shots?
