PLEASE HELP MY ROOSTER HAS A TUMA I THINK

hi there, my rooster has I think a tuma in his brain. which is very sad because he's my baby. it looks so saw and I want to help him.
his eyes are nearly closed and the tuma is slowly getting bigger. and he has a runny nose and sneezes a bit. and just a few days ago, his bone down hid belly is now showing. some mornings he crows sometimes he doesn't. we have separated him from the rest. and we give him rescue remedy in his water. we did try to flush his eyes out with salt water but it didn't seem to help. im so worried about him.
if you have any ideas on how to help, please say.

You can actually see the tumor,is there a growth on his head? Is he eating/drinking at all?

you cant actuly see it but there is a very big lump. yes hes eating and drinking fine.

If the eye and face are swollen, it sounds more like a respiratory disease with the other symptoms. Mycoplasma and coryza cancause these symptoms, and can be treated with antibiotics such as tylosin (Tylan) or tiamulin (Denagard.)

Does he smell bad around his face which might indicate coryza? If no bad smell it is possibly mycoplasmaG. Here is a link to read about those diseases with symptoms and treatments.

No. He doesn't smell around his face.
