Thank you everyone for all of your suggestions. I was able to speak to The Incredible Dr. Pol personally. He told me how to take care of it properly. I called several vets and not one of them were any help. Dr. Pol is amazing! He answered all my questions I had. Again thank you all so much for the help and suggestions. I now have one happy drake!

Use mineral or vegetable oil
Push it back in all the way
then separate him from the females!

He's doing great! He's in the house for a while until he's done being a horny duck. Dr. Pol said all the animals are going heat right now becaused of our messed winter weather.
