Please help my sweet chicken

Her symptoms are she's slightly off balance, her head tilts a little to the side or back and once in awhile she does the yawning motion but not much. I listen closely to her and there's no signs of wheezing or trouble breathing. What could it be we're worried sick

Check her crop....she may have sour or impacted crop.....see if it feels empty and flat in the morning (normal) or full and squishy (sour crop) or full and harder (impacted). If there is a really putrid smell coming from her mouth it's likely sour crop.

A yawning motion, I'd lean more toward her trying to adjust her crop. Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight. If it's not emptying, then begin addressing that symptom.
