Please Help! Mystery poop

Morning! Maybe this question has been answered 100 times. What's in this poop? Miss Vickie dropped it first thing this morning. But she's acting fine, everything looks good down under.
They did have a bowl of rocks on Sunday. My stepson accidentally gave grit instead of crumble

Look like intestinal lining, which in my flock is not normal.

How much of the grit did they eat?

Can you have a vet test the poop for coccidiosis and worms? If not, I suggest that you treat for both with Corid and Safeguard or Corid and Valbazen.
