Can you post a picture? Rub some coconut oil on the membrane so it becomes transparent. It will be easier to see the veins. (Or lack of veins)@MGG how do I tell if veins have been absorbed or if the duck is ready to hatch.. he is just barely opening his mouth and not making any noise.

Ok, found coconut oil. Picked up the egg and gently touched his beak and he moved quite a bit. Im going to give him a couple hours and then see whats going on.Can you post a picture?
