Would it be ok to give him some sugar water through a dropper? Ive heard it gives them energy.

It can aspirate them. You could try a couple tiny drops on the side of his bill. Don't put it inside though and don't get it anywhere near his nostrils. Let him swallow it himself. I wouldn't force it though. Be extremely careful.

He still acts like he's absorbing yolk even though its been way more than 24 hrs since he started.

It can safely take up to 72 hours.

Good News! Our first duckling has just sort of hatched. He now has his head and neck out of the egg. One problem is that his eyes will not open. Any advice?

Yay! I would get a warm wet washcloth and wipe his eyes. They're probably stuck shut from being in that egg so long. The warm rag should help loosen them so he can open his eyes.

Update:
The first duckling is healthy and in the brooder! I put a stuffed animal in there so he's not lonely and he seems to like it. The second is out of the egg, but has a tiny bit of yolk to absorb and is still attached with an "umbilical cord thing". Another has a good external pip but is till absorbing veins. The fourth duckling is moving and has a small external pip. The fifth egg has an internal pip and is moving, but no external pip yet.

The eyes are fine now that i wiped them with a damp rag.

Update:
The one duckling is now detached from his egg, and is weak... but still alive. He is strengthening his neck and legs in the bator before he will move to the brooder.
