We have 4 silver lace Wyandotte chicks, 4 weeks old. This is the smallest out of the bunch but I’m still suspicious could be a late bloom Roo. Any opinions?

Welcome to BYC. I'd give it a little more time before worrying about it. I've had wyandotte pullets that pinked up and got wattles very early.
