Please help, new to raising chickens hen with swollen eye

Hi im new to raising chickens.. Got my Golden Buff chickens from Meyers hatchery in ohio. They are 27 days old today and all are doing great except one hen.. Her eye yesterday was swollen. I seperated her from the rest of the flock untill further help. They have been inside my house since i got them and they get fresh food and water daily, plus there cage is cleaned twice a week.. Not sure what to do..

I see no runny nose or Bubbles in the eye so she probably has something lodged in her nasal cavity I suggest Vet RX 1 drop in her eye continue for 3 days.
