Please Help! Not sure if my chick is a rooster

this is my second Chick Fero who I'm pretty positive is a girl. She is showing no signs of red around her comb or below her beak. It's hard to see since shes all black but she has long feathers and shorter feathers for wings like a hen

I don’t believe hackle and sickle feathers appear until 10-12 weeks or more. Go to the Learning Center - there is an article with pictures of cockerels with those feathers.

Does her wing look like a hen's wing? It's curved and has two layers

the way to tell that's a cockerel, at this age, is the size and color of the comb. Later, at 12+ weeks, you'll get the pointy saddle feathers that are a completely male thing. The wing sexing your trying to do only works on cross breeds, and then only in the first few days of life. At this point, that looks like a chicken wing.

He's too young to see saddle feathers. They don't start growing until they're about 12 weeks old.
