Please Help! Not sure what to do!!

Well Ms. Maxine is officially a house chicken. She is not a candidate for surgery because the hernia is too severe and there wouldn't be anything to sew together. We don't know how much time she has but we are going to spoil her rotten until she shows any signs of pain!

so the intestine is bulging through her abdominal wall ? is this correct.?
