I'm not sure if my chickens are molting,there are no lice or mites that I can see and it's only a few of them

It looks like flock mates are feather picking/plucking.

Looks like classic overbreeding to me. Whole bird pictures may help, and a little clearer. Check around the vent and under the wing. This is typically where most of the mite/lice are found.
