Please help! One chick sleeping more and not standing much - worried!

One of my chicks is acting the exact same way! They just came home last night, and I figured she was just getting used to her new home. But same thing this morning, she just wants to lay and rest. She is not panting and seems to be breathing at the same rate as the others, just lays around a lot.
When one of the others walk on top of her, she jumps up, relocates and lays back down.
Same behavior when I put my hand in to pick her up...She is the smallest of the 3, curious if she is OK...

I picked up 3 chicks from a neighbor yesterday and they were all very active. Today the blue cochin is laying around a lot more and I have not seen her eat very much if anything today. She did poop but it was hardly anything. The 2 bantam chick are very active. I am worried should I try the boiled egg? Maybe use a dropper for water.

It's possible your chick may have Coccidiosis.

I thought I would post an update. The little chick did not make it. It may have just been a case of "failure to thrive", but it is still very sad. :-(

No, after doing some research we did not think that was the issue.
